The engineering culture is strong, with a real emphasis on clean code, testing, and peer reviews. I had the chance to work on challenging projects that directly impacted customers, and the company provided opportunities for professional growth through mentorship and training resources.

Cons

Too many meetings, which cut into coding time. Legacy codebase with little documentation, making onboarding harder.

Food cab diwali gift etc

Cons

Micro management, no growth in terms of technical or promotion. Boot lickers wil be always preferred. You don't have any say when it comes to french counter part. All menial jobs would be given to India and contracters in on site given more values than employees
