      Pros

      Pay was good. Benefits are good. Team environment. Mostly good people to work with. Was with the company for 15+ years

      Cons

      Vertical career movement is not impossible, but there is a narrow avenue to get where you want unless you know somebody. If you do have somebody talking for you, then it does not really matter about your work ethic as you will bypass a lot of people that may deserve it a little more than you. Other than career elevation, it is a good place to work.
