      1.Good Benefits 2.Company offers good pay 3.Career growth path is good 4.High safety standards

      1.In some projects/some managers: Mental harassment, no professionalism, no respect for people and toxic work environment. 2.Some people if they are senior , at higher post in hierarchy, they bully the juniors. 3.Work life balance depends on project.

      Pros

      there is nothing good about my time with them except the brand name.

      Cons

      Michelin is a great brand but the work culture, once you get inside, is as toxic as it can get. They have a very bad work and life balance. It is hard to manage everything especially when you start but as you get in contrary to expectation, it just keeps getting harder. As a marketing professional, I expected a much better experience but leaving Michelin was the right decision, they need to work hard towards employee satisfaction.

      Low salary, worst salary negotiations, asking to join at same ctc, given covid scenario they are harassing and taking benefits
