Management shifting employees to create a forced exit routes, sacking performing employees without any visible reason, general opinion is old employees are too expensive for the company, bring new employees in their place to save cost. New sales batches are joining every 15 days for training to fill up vacancies. Around 30 commercial staff have resigned in last month. More are on either notice period from themselves, without jobs, or are been given notices by company in name of improvement Employee benefits are also reduced in name of cost cutting.

Reporting is very pathetic job. Company don't want to depute employee in his home town.Lobbing is big problem for company like south Indian lobby or up side lobby. Many times the employee who is not performing is thorn away so performance is very important to sustain in company. Companies vision are set for 20years or 30 years but practical problems are not considered.
