Pros

Great internal network for knowledge sharing and transfer. Everyone working on the same types of projects at different stages are willing to help answer sometimes very complex questions in great detail.

Cons

Some of the projects turn into long term staff augmentation type roles. Very little in new client/account development (projects are always from the same handful of clients).

Varied roles/opportunities to work in a number of industries. Talented staff working within the organisation

Cons

Company rave on about being best place to work for. However Staff turnover is extremely high and they treat the staff like dirt. Will be happy to make your life hell, uncomfortable and lie to you so long as you do the job and earn money for the company. Do not value their staff. Have been known to place staff overseas in a small box room next to the office and have the nerve to call that a flat whilst Management consultants live in 5 * hotels.
