You learn by doing and you are constantly challenged professionally. It's a people focused company, care is taken to ensure employees needs are addressed. Many opportunities to try new things.

Cons

There can be long hours as you are called upon to do many different things. I work in support and we run very lean. Lack of systems are supplemented with effort by persons. Hard times made for hard choices - things looking better going forward.
