Pros

None, for the first week it seems all cool but it’s the most toxic environment I have ever worked

Cons

If you are an account executive it’s an horrible company where to work. They keep hiring and firing AE, because their target are not reachable, and because they have to show that “it’s a dynamic place to work” when actually they treat people like really badly. Plus for them diversity and inclusion means hiring women and gay, that are totally incompetent, in a management role so that they can better manipulate them. There is absolutely no “culture” as they claim but their true culture is manipulate and bully people, and if someone does not accept it, then they will just find an excuse to fire you. Stay hire from the south of Europe corporate team as their manager is the worse manager you will ever met in your career.

Pros

Hubspot does have a robust remote work policy and I have enjoyed working with the majority of my colleagues.

Cons

- Poor leadership and management. CEO took no responsibility for the layoffs. Co-founders of the company no where to be found during the layoffs. All the messaging around company culture is just a front. Don't believe it. Culture is gone, you're just a random number to leadership. - Metrics used to evaluate you are all over the place right now. - Lots of stress and burnout - Poor 401k match

I am really sorry to read that you haven't had a good experience and that you're disappointed in HubSpot. That said, I would push back on Yamini not taking responsibility and our co-founders being nowhere to be found (they were on the AMA and Dharmesh did Connect conversations day of as did all of our CELT team members), but understand it's been a tough/stressful time at HubSpot and there's always room for us to continue improving, thanks for the feedback on your experience. -Katie

Pros

Your teammates, most every one is pretty nice.

Cons

They've made so many changes to the support org people are literally leaving in a mass exodus. Pay is absolute crap for the knowledge you hold, the situations you need to resolve, and the request to hit their metrics. Upper management has literally dropped the ball with the support org when so many people were pushing back against the changes they wanted to implement. Changes that were made by people who never held an actual customer support rep position in their lives. Guess what happened?! Metrics tanked, SLA's tanked, great workers left, they laid people off, then had the audacity to tell people to work harder, then a bunch more people left. When I left they were trying to do some stupid contests to give people a -chance- at earning more money. Essentially getting people to work harder with no guarantee of more pay. Don't drink the Kool aid.
