Great software, nice great culture, 30 days abroard per year.

Cons

Management is no longer attentive to employees needs since the layoffs, some colleagues are under the pressure of micromanagement which was never the case at HubSpot before. Moreover, they have reduced the possibility of working abroad, which is sad for a company that has always promoted mobility and interculturality. In the French market, French people no longer have the freedom to work from wherever they want. No explanation is given. What a shame, the atmosphere has become stressful.
