- Unrealistic expectations
- Zero autonomy
- Non-existent 'mystery shopper' bonuses
- 'Learn to earn' never happens, despite knowing all the stations
- Long hours, poor pay
- No remuneration for completing E-learning, despite being told otherwise
- Low morale among colleagues, mostly due to terrible management
- Badly organised rotas (overstaffed when quiet, understaffed when busy)
- Senior management/HR have no interest in the day to day affairs of the business
- Some store managers are extremely difficult and/or vindictive
- Favouritism, backstabbing, and disproportionate allocation of the hard work
- Gruelling, repetitive tasks
- Completely fake ethos
All of which means a very high staff turnover.
