Good Pay, benefits, and ease of viewing rotas. Free (very good) food.

Cons

Physically tiring work and mandatory late nights that can sometimes finish at 2am. During busy shifts it's a lot of people crammed into a very small space which can get incredibly irritating, especially considering the heat from the grills.
