Pros

Fast paced environment, straight forward menu with easy comprehension of inventory. Its a fun customer based company with a lot of room for advancement. High standards for a quick service restaurant.

Cons

Organization and training is something left to be desired. Growth is rapid as well as turnover leaving voids in multiple units. Everything is FG standard which leaves little room for creativity. Quarterly Steritech Audits are a constant worry for GM's.

Pros

Lots of room for advancement, it's fun, fast paced and you learn a ton of skills that most other jobs might not teach you. You get to meet a lot of new people and I have made some good friends too!

Cons

The stress levels are ridiculous. Maybe it's just the franchise I work for but you can never get away from work as a general manager. Even if you work a 12 hour shift, go home to your family to relax, you are still at the beck and call of every single need for the store. It's exhausting.
