Pros

I really don't have anything positive to say about Five Guys. I was the worst experience of my life. The multi unit managers are subpar leaders,

Cons

Turnover is super high at the GM level. There was always 2 to 3 stores without a GM all the time. The new labor model gives a whole new meaning to "working manager". I hated wearing that stupid Red hat and a t-shirt for uniforms. All the crew members hate the open kitchen and yelling across those stupid call outs. Everyone feels silly working at Five Guys. You have customers stareing at you as you bust your butt making their food.

Pros

Five guys is a fun place to work. Managers are caring, supportive and they teach you how to sell merchandise to help their sales. Great atmosphere, music, and friends to have fun with

Cons

The pay rate is $11.50 per hour. For the amount of work done (especially of you are closing for the night) must be at least $13.50.there are 3 stations to clean up for the next day, some employees need to rush for a bus, and some employees end up staying to long for a closing shift while they have to work the next day sometimes even in the morning.
