The job was okay given the salary. My teammates and team leader were the best I had in my BPO life.

Cons

Its taking too long for them to process my clearance. It has been 2 weeks now since I resigned and submitted my clearance form and still no update yet about my back pay. Worst HR department!

HR team are the absolute worst! Incompetent, slimy tricky, lying staff! they take mooonths or NEVER to reply to emails! they gave me stress even post termination of contract as chasing up outrageously overcharged costs for aep and work visa as a foreigner, I had to go through DOLE to get my money! really despicable company and I wasnt the only one with the same views DO NOT TRUST EMAPTA AT ALL!!!!!!

The pandemic has really tested the capacity of companies to adjust to the needs of their employees, but we’re doing our best to find ways to take care of our people better, and this includes refining our processes to continue supporting 3,500 employees who are in different locations and work environments. Great Staff (the HR, Front Desk, Auxiliary and IT staff work hard but still remain human with their sense of humor!). Work equipment & internet connection ensures that we're able to deliver quality work on a daily basis. The company prioritizes our well-being and definitely destroys most stereotypes behind the Philippine BPO Industry.

Cons

Restroom in the Alabang Site could be better :( other than that everything else is great hehe
