      Pros

      I learned a lot and used it to my advantage to improve on my career with my next employer.

      Cons

      You need to learn how to smoke so you can be promoted. A co-worker of mine never worked for a year and only comes to the office for the sake of attendance but since he accompanies the manager for a smoke break then he got promoted plus he became employee of the month for doing nothing. The manager also encourages buddy punching and ghost employees. No more lates because the friends of the manager can login at home even with no approval from the client to work from home. They will use you if you work hard.

      I believe one of the best part of being employed in EMAPTA is the people here are very accommodating and friendly. they make sure that all their employees are happy at work while being the best of what we do.
