      Great Staff (the HR, Front Desk, Auxiliary and IT staff work hard but still remain human with their sense of humor!). Work equipment & internet connection ensures that we're able to deliver quality work on a daily basis. The company prioritizes our well-being and definitely destroys most stereotypes behind the Philippine BPO Industry.

      Cons

      Restroom in the Alabang Site could be better :( other than that everything else is great hehe

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
