Everything is deceiving ,from employment contracts, to employee benefits . its enticing when one the company's selling key is their December holiday blackout, but behind it , it is a force leave.

Hiring Process was Easy BUT LEFT US LIKE A TRASH AFTER CLIENT REMOVED US DUE TO OVERSTAFF

EMAPTA leave us like a trash after the client made a Employee Redundancy. EMAPTA was not able to transfer us to other account they made us sign offboarding paper then left us with no other option but to accept that they are done with us. We were just employed for 2 months!! THEY REMOVED AS 57 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! In a short time of period!! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HARD TO FIND A JOB AT THIS MONTH! BUT YOU GUYS DOESN'T HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION!!!! YOU DON'T HAVE A HEART!!!!

Redundancy/Laying off employees without trying to do anything

-Laying off employees -Doesnt help laid off employees to find a new suitable position/roles for them, if you're no use they'll just throw you away. My client is INNOVO in Australia, same thoughts with their client. Pls JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their clients are small time businesses/STARTUPS in Australia, so expect a lot of termination due to redundancy coz their clients doesnt have enough budget to maintain the resource they got from emapta -just all about business does not care about their employees -mid benefits -unfair treatment to employees -cheap company. No outlook account for outsourced to client resources. All payslips are sent to personal gmail lol
