      The pay is the only thing that's good

      Cons

      Emapta deeply favors the client. Even if the client is mistreating their employees. Even if it's the client's fault, Emapta will still find a way to screw you over. They have delayed response and will still tell you it's your fault. Even if the client takes back the commission that you've worked hard for, they won't care and won't do anything. They also take a long time to process everything. From your commission to issues with your work laptop. They have unfair labor practices. People Business Partner and Customer Experience Manager are an absolute waste of time and resources. They have zero uses.

      Pros

      I would like to commend the recruitment process is very smooth and fast. Please maintain it.

      Cons

      I would like to raise my concern regarding the Onboarding, there are few bottle neck and also with the delivery of equipment, hopefully moving forward should be delivered few days earlier so we have time to prepare to avoid technical issues during the first day of reporting to client.

      Pros

      The HR team in their OSB site are rock stars! They are very approachable and will attend to your needs in a timely manner. They make you feel like they are your part of your peers or even better, family. They are willing to help and support you whether it is a work related concern or if it is a personal matter. Their employees would feel that there is a helping hand that they can always reach out to. Most HR's in other companies are hard to talk to and to find. Keep rocking OSB HRs

      They are sometimes busy, so like i mentioned above they will help you in a timely manner
