Pros

The company pays well. Due to the unacceptable traffic conditions in Manila, Philippines, work schedule is favorable because employees work from 6am to 3pm or 7am to pm.

Cons

No job security even if you are a regular employee. Once the client reports his dislike towards an EMAPTA employee, EMAPTA will fire that employee without due process and will just give a month's salary and make it sound like the employee owes them for that. On the other hand, if the employee commits a terminable offense and client likes that employee, EMAPTA will still keep that employee. In other words, EMAPTA kisses their clients' "behind" too much.. EMAPTA also lacks integrity towards their clients because they teach employees to give false reasons to clients if you need to be tardy or absent.

Pros

Here are the main points why I pursued a career at Emapta: *They provide great support to their employees be it physically, mentally, or career-wise. They are a proactive company that make things happen. *They operate in a people-centered environment. *Last but not the least, they value the time and expertise of their employees. Not only they acknowledge their employee's good work, they provide a very reasonable sum of compensation and several benefits as well.

Cons

Given that they're already a well-established company with a good reputation and experience, no doubt many will aspire to be part of their organization. I would say their layers of screening can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you do not have immediate access to those requirements. Best advice is to prepare every basic requirement you can ahead of time if you intend to apply for a position at Emapta.

Smooth Process

Pros

-Process from Recruitment up to deployment to the client is smooth -Family-like company -You get to report directly to the client (no middleman) -Above-average compensation -Can work remotely or anywhere in EMAPTA site nearest from your location -I love the morning shift (7AM-4PM) - works perfectly fine for a morning person like me -HMO or Mutual Fund -Staff first -Potential career growth

Cons

-20 leave credits (I used to have like 30s so it's a kind a new to me) -HMO is just around P120K and dep is 100K (I used to have P250K and same for my dep's) -They provide desktop (by default); cannot request laptop immediately unless granted by the client
