      Old systems The Company is run mainly by people that know the Fixed part and took over mobile part, but they still have a Fixed mindset. Especially IT is full of incompetent people Silos Too many HIPPOs, especially from the Central in Germany that are taking no sensibility for local results , but put a lot of pressure on Local Management A powerpoint Company

      new local management in Greece. they disrespect employees Management informs in a personal communication that if you don't like something, then leave the company, job market is open(several cases)
