      fair salary decent bonus modern technology stack

      Cons

      Depending which team you land, it’s a total hit or miss. in my case, it was a miss. 0 onboarding proccess, 0 training. awful work life balance due to non existent project staffing. infinite tasks at the same time with non existent threshold leading to burnout. situation is not the same in all teams so my review is focused on what I faced only.

      Tax Benefit - Good Salary structure to save maximum Income tax

      Cons

      My experience at the company was one of the worst. There are individuals who have been with the company for an extended period and have attained positions they don't deserve. The company is overly process-oriented, with the framework team being viewed as the most talented, and the module team lacking the freedom to make decisions independently. Leaders at the company lack an understanding of the ground work and often favor the input of those who have been associated with the company for a long time.

      Not A good company

      Pros

      Nothing is good apart from cab facility

      Cons

      1) no work life balance 2) no friendly colleagues 3) no flexi hours or extra hours compensation 4) weekend work almost twice in each month that too without comp off 5) monitoring of working hours at minute level do not trust employees
