1. Persons who are not performing well but they will get the all the opportunity e.g. : on-site, hike , role due Management sack.
2. Management do the partiality. They openly go against good people in to meetings to support their favorite people.
3. Management is totally biased they don't think about the project, they only think about their ego and their decision should be final and not other genuine suggestions.
4. Sometimes technical decisions are also taken by non-technical person which is the worst thing for the project, inside every mail chain technical personal is not involved but team management person is involved. – Same happens with appraisals. Technical Manager knows your work but non-technical people gives you hike who does not know anything about your work and difficulty level.
5. If you have any work which you are not able to do just drop a not feeling well mail and then took 2-3 days leave then that work will be assigned to others.
6. I'm working from last 4 year here and worked on both major project of DTCS , but in the Trial Connect they pull some old people and they think it’s their property so according to them, they know how best it can be managed.
7. Some Scrum master trying to dominate to team member, When you are working from home SCM ping in every 2 hours and ask for status of the work and if you are going to complain to team leader then they will say he is doing his Job.
