1. nice working environnent 2. work-life balance 3. supportive and friendly team 4. self-growth

Cons

1. I'm based in Asian office, so the salary is well below the average. 2. Missing mentors or managers whom you can learn knowledge or experience from. 3. The development of career path is limited in Asian office. 4. Difficult to follow the whole journey of a project... limited support from HQ senior level for developing a program. 5. Away from core business which means less power and less priority
