Pros

Very supportive, can-do culture Lots of coaching and development Stretch available - Capco has been so good for my career Mixture of roles and domains to select from

Cons

Capco is what you make of it. You won't get anything handed to you on a plate, but there are so many opportunities to learn and progress

Good Salaries sometimes assignment can be interesting as well. A good internal IP and can sometimes gain RFP over big consultancy firms

Cons

No strategic management No consideration for employees No active listening Hostile Human Ressource No open Sharing and exaggerated culture of secrecy A high level of turnover

Pros

-You get exposed to all of the big banks of Wall Street -The pay is very good for the type of work done

Cons

- It was once a boutique company with a lot of ex-wall street guys with legitimate knowledge of the industry. After many reorgs in the past 2 years, the company still hasn't re-defined itself.
