Pros

Great culture, work life balance and people to work with. Helpful management and employee engagement is good. Visibility to senior management is also good.

Cons

Promotion is slow. Too many changes in management leads to shifting priorities. Having said that it is a growing firm and I dont have much to complain.

1. Job stability though i had no problem. 2. Better facility 3. Quality of senior management people ( few don't deserve capco)

We have had a period of re-orientation recently to pursue new and bigger goals so we've re-organised our management and coaching to help us progress towards our new goals. A company losing its innovative culture and core values

Pros

Good pay and benefits, expected in the Fin consulting world. Also a nice office in Shoreditch if you get to spend anytime there.

Cons

Watching a company implode, masses of staff leaving and others losing all drive and passion. A skills shortage is beginning to show and key leadership figures have left.
