All new colleagues go through a comprehensive onboarding process and are assigned a coach to ensure they have someone to support them on their Capco journey in addition to their manager. If at any time someone needs additional support they are encouraged to reach out to their HR Business Partner or a member of the leadership team. Colleagues spending time on the bench in between projects is the nature of consulting and people on the bench have the opportunity to get involved in projects which add value to our business. It also allows for faster ramp up times on projects as needed. It is difficult to comment on some of your other points without more context, however, we would encourage any employee who has questions, concerns, or just needs a little extra support to reach out through one of our many internal channels.
