Pros

Work from Home on a have-to-earn and can be taken away basis.

Cons

No value for your effort, constant technical issues that affect your bonus, no frankness or regard for your opinion, double standards, not respecting their values, 3 jobs on 1 salary, no planning from management ( start a project with no regard for opinion or planing ) high expectation 0 output on corporate level. Just another soules corporate job that promises much without delivering anything, stay away if you have morals and are a good person.

Fine job to start

Pros

I worked at the reservation unit and as I'm a communicative person, I didn't mind dealing with customers via phone, it was fun for me. You learn a lot about the airline bussiness, communication, also let's not forget Amadeus which is a great and useful thing to know. People there are mostly nice, office is well located and modern. It's a type of job which will not suit to everyone but if you like it, you simply like it. Which was my case until I got frustrated by its dark side.

Cons

After some time you get frustrated with a shift planning which is a pure hell and you have to fight for something that you have correctly submitted. My biggest problem and the main reason I left was the management and the organisation which believes that everything is permitted from their side. For instance, you start with something and by the time they give you more and more. After some time you can be promoted for free, which means that you will have much more work, much more responsibility, BUT NO MORE MONEY. Also, they don't really care about how much passionnate about the job you are... about your skills or if you really good at it... all that matters is number which are sometimes not realistic for good reasons. It's not always possible to do a good quality if you are limited by some time limitations.
