Pros
Some people will say the atmosphere.... I believe that you will make friends in any other company. Few managers are brillant. Unfortunately not enough and to scare to get away from their comfortable zone or not brave enough to change anything in this company.
Cons
Very low salary, working in a shifts, very limited possibility to grow, old style management. They try to attract people telling them you will work for Airlines Cie... The reality is that you will take phone calls, all day long and deal with angry passengers who lost their suitcases or deal with angry passengers because website of low cost Cie is not working so they cannot do their booking.... that's it. You will have to take more and more and more of those calls. You have to be very flexible but you should not expect anything in return. The production is constantly controled, no right to do any mistake, otherwise you are penalized on potential bonus... Because yes, they promise bonuses but in some department, it is not even possible to reach the target or only if you do extra hours, not paid of course. They promote their "human side".... seriously? Ask yourself what they would choose between human and money and you will see their real side.... Pass your way.... you will definitely find a better job and for sure a better company somewhere else. This one is definetely not a good one. There a plenty of other companies in Prague looking for people.
