Pros

I worked for transavia.com and Flying Blue and learned a lot about the business. Training was pretty good. But what really kept me there for so long were the amazing benefits. After 6 months you can fly Air France for really cheap and you have plenty of free days to make these trips if you don't mind working holidays.. The medical program is one of the best in France, I got some glasses of 450 euro and a dental bill of 400 euro for free. The bonuses are great if you speak a lot of languages and even better if you're prepared to work very hard.

Cons

When I started working here it all seemed perfect, career opportunities, the work wasn't too bad, people seemed nice. After three years my opinion changed. The work load used to be quite ok, but turned crazy in the last year. I had no time for myself anymore, only got to do the boring and annoying jobs, supervisors watching my back all the time to see if I'm working continuously (in stead of doing more important stuff). I used to come home with terrible head aches. Career opportunities turned out not to be there, management never leaves, so you stay in your old position. And the team is not as friendly as it used to be. Management is not good for the transavia.com team. There's another Bluelink centre in Prague that does the same and they hate each others guts and try to sabotage each other. The management in Ivry is not always honest to the employees and is not fair in work evaluations. They are very lazy, take long breaks and spend their time not working (this affects the employees a lot), while they expect the agents to be working every minute they have. If you are in the good favor of the management you can get whatever you want, but if you criticize them or anything you will never get a day off that you need, you will get bad work evaluations and the worst working schedule.
