Pros
2 flight tickets a year. THe chance to practice your languages. Great colleagues
Cons
They try to squeeze the most out of you, by giving you in exchange the least possible (of training, money, tools, free time) You have to face the customers who have been affected by the Company s doings and misscommunication, as well as stingy approach. The constant change of shifts forbids you to have a regular healthy (waking up, sleeping, activities schedule) life. It is so tiring (because it is too complex, and because you are pushed to do things you dont know how to do -because they dont take the time to really teach you and they someitmes do not even now themselves how to handle something) you finish so drained that you have no more energy to do anything else with your day. Your languages skills are not appreciated or rewarded with anything except more work and stress. People have been leaving in big numbers and management still does not do something to fix the situation or have happy employees. ¨ Like many others say, you are just a number in this Company. It is true that your direct supervisors (at least in my area) do care about you, but unfortunately they have no power to do much to improve your situation. Before I started working I also read bad review about the company, but I decided not to listen to them and try myself...well, I have tried and maybe I should have listened to them. That you can grow within the company?? you can grow in responsabilities and duties and stress, but in salary or benefits, sadly not.
