Pros

employees from multiple countries, a great opportunity to learn and make friends from all over the world, majority very well prepared in different areas with a lot of already acquired knowledge which provides a benefit for the company, without any investment, 0 investment in their knowledge

Cons

This is an entry-level company in the truest sense: minimal pay, maximum demands, zero investment in its people. You have highly educated, multilingual professionals—two, three, four languages, years of experience—earning what a Lidl cashier makes, sometimes less. Promotion? Forget it. You march in line like in the army, guided by leaders who themselves have been stomped on and are eager to pass it on. Management and HR? Most don’t care about anyone; you are just a number. Nothing special. Nothing hidden—this is the classic corporate tragedy repeated endlessly. You can feel the atmosphere as soon as you step in: low morale, negativity thick in the air, people showing up with the bare minimum, openly drained, barely pretending. Survival is the daily currency. If it’s your first job and you want a taste of what it’s like to be expendable, sure—apply. Otherwise, do yourself a favor: walk past, move on, or even take the ice cream cart next door—it pays better and treats you with more dignity.

Hello, We thank you for your feedback and regret that your experience was not the one you had hoped for. At BlueLink, cultural diversity, learning opportunities and a strong international network shape everyday life. Supporting demanding customers and representing prestigious brands require commitment, rigor and team spirit. Mutual aid and solidarity enable each ambassador to build skills and move forward in a meaningful profession. The pace is dynamic and expectations are high. For many, especially at the start of their career, BlueLink becomes a real school and a springboard, a place to grow, gain confidence and develop capabilities that create opportunities within BlueLink and well beyond. Thank you again for your feedback. It drives us to keep improving. The BlueLink Team
