Pros

Ok job as a foreigner in Prague. - Ok salary, about 2x the minimum salary in Czech Republic - Performance bonuses - Bonus of 10% for working weekends and 100% during bank holidays per shift - Good colleagues - Modern office - 45m lunch break + 30 minutes short breaks

Cons

- Shift-based schedule: 8h30m shift (the 30m are the lunch break that is not included in the shift). This means you can start anywhere between 7 and 12:30, and leave after 8h30m. This also means you can have 6 days of work with 1 day break in-between for the entire month - Trainings are masked as "opportunities to increase your productivity" however by completing the training you have more responsibilities for the same salary - The new (mandatory) AI-generated training materiala provide rudimentary knowledge and give "certificates" for completion. This is another masked way to give you more responsibility. - Upper management take decisions that have a meteoric impact on the well-being of team leaders and their members.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings. We are happy to know that you enjoyed the friendly atmosphere among colleagues as well as the working conditions on site—these elements are essential in an environment as dynamic as that of a service center. We take your comments on work-life balance, leave management and managerial practices very seriously. The high requirement and the extremely rapid evolution of our field of activity constantly challenge us on our practices. These topics are at the heart of our concerns, and your feedback helps us to identify improvement levers to offer our teams a serene working environment that is nonetheless adapted to the realities of the profession. Thank you again for your frankness and we wish you full fulfillment in your future. The BlueLink Team
