Pros
Bluelink is a great platform for acquiring skills such as time and tasks management and adhering to strict deadlines, managing communication with clients who are more than often not pleased - so it is type of conflict communication. The environment is international and vibrant - you will meet people from many countries who are also in for a challenging international experience, and you will stay friends with many of the people years after. CSR and teambuidling actions bring the spirit up and create a stronger bond within your team and with other colleagues. On any working day everyone is helpful and supportive. The knowledge you can acquire is helpful also in different dimensions of life, the benefit of getting cheap flight tickets after one year of work is also an added value. For performance you can get additional bonus, which usually happens after half a year if you are motivated to perform well. Ongoing trainings for new products are provided, as flexibility is highly valued. The same is valid also for you - if you show flexibility, at times when you need it the company will show flexibility towards you. So if you are young, don't have much working experience, adaptive, flexible, love communication or would like to polish your communication skills, you may try the Bluelink working experience.
Cons
The environment is unfortunately stressful, in high season also very intense and pressure comes from all levels - both the clients, but also your superiors, as performance in these periods is crucial. Because of the nature of the labour, working in shifts and on the weekends (and in most cases public holidays) is a must - time will be split between early morning and late shifts, also you have to plan these shifts quite some time in advance. Because it is not a job the requires special qualifications and skills. the level of remuneration reflects this. Also depending on the language set you offer, the pay is disproportionately high for some languages (at least when I was an employee). Sometimes opportunity for growth arises quickly, but in other cases you might wait for years and due to the operational needs be kept at a position where you perform best.
