Pros

The good thing about the employment was the team, there were lots of international students from mainly France, Holland and Spain, fun people to work with, always going out.

Cons

It is a call center and most days you are constantly on the phone, you have to deal with dissatisfied customers too. There is only 30min break for lunch. A lot of pressure from the team leaders to answer phone calls one straight after another. Stressful job. I had to work two weekends every month.

Pros

If you speak English + another language and are interested in airline business and customer care, they will give you a chance. Then up to you to take advantage of it and grow. It's been a while since they last hired an external Team Leader. They give preference to internal CRM advisors who are interested and have a potential (even if no previous experience). Best is definitely the fact that BlueLink employs people from a lot of different countries, speaking different languages. That makes the best atmosphere to work. CSR activities are organized quite often and anyone can participate. New building is much better then the previous one (also with massage chair and football table). If you're passionate about travel and airline business, then it's the pefect place to work. Location in Prague: great city and culture.

Cons

Some days, it can be tough to deal with some dissapointed and angry clients but most of them are fine. Turn over is quite high. But most of the time, it's because people leave PRG to go back home or found a job in another field that is more interesting for them. The sad thing is rather to see great colleagues leaving to move to another country. If you cannot deal with some stressful situations over the phone with passengers or look for an easy job where you get paid only because you are 8 hours at work each day, then it's not for you. This is a challenging job. And if you take the challenge, then you will have opportunities to develop and move forward in your career. Just don't expect to lead a team withing 6 month. You'll need to prove yourself first.
