Pros

Basic benefits. Good job to start (only 6 months to 1 year the most). People is nice, (co workers not team leaders or managers, they can be very hypocrite).

Cons

It is very tedious and the micro management if there is any is really bad. Shifts are not good since you work on weekends and bank holidays. They choose where to put you, you need to learn everything and will rotate which makes difficult any specialization. Once you finish you need to collect your paperwork since they will not "waste" a cent on mailing it to your address. Low salary. Training is really bad, it is better to read the manual and discover everything by yourself. Trainers are not prepared. People comes in and give up to work in a flow and the managers do not care about it. It is rare to see someone who has more than a year working there. One of the reception desk, the small and thin one can be rude depending on how she feels, but if you are manager of course she will always smile. They have values which do not accomplish since you can be accused by any rumor and once you resign they are ready to punish you for anything. You can grow on your job position if you are recommended for the manager or your boss but this is obscure since every new position or a bigger one has already decided who will be.

Cons

- the promised monthly salary got lowered at signing in a rude way - low income for the industry - weekends, holidays, shifting - commission + bonus scheme demotivates - 2nd row outsourcing ideas - little to no career opportunities in a shrinking team
