Pros

- Very nice people from all over world - low hierarchy which might be nice if you get well on with your supervisor - You can always find someone for a beer after your late working times - salary similar to other companies in Prague - As long as you bring constantly good work you will be loved - The fitness centers as benefits are nice and to be used - great initial training

Cons

- Unpleasent working times (working in shifts; sometimes only 1 day per week off as you might work the weekend), also working weekends and holidays There is not enough compensation given for working on holidays. It would be good to have another day off instead if you worked on a holiday as other companies offer in Prague. It is not pleasent to work every month the same amount of shifts and exhausting for employees then to only have 23 days off per year and working some weekends and holidays. Employees feel exploited. Please wake up, Management. There is enough companies who offer better conditions in Czech Republic. Most people can stand this thorugh for 1 year or maximum 2, but at some point you want your life back and find a proper balance between work and life. Especially when you have a family it is hard to arrange this job. Probably this is also nothing that Air France indirectly wants to stand for. - The 'Benefits' are probably dependant on your need, but language classes don't bring you a lot further than the beginner level. Meal vouchers are sold as a benefit, but every company has to offer them. The flight tickets are no confirmed tickets and therefore risky to take to destinations where flights are not operating every day or in higher seasons. As well you have the last priority among all staff members. - Management has no or little understanding for personal situations. I saw supervisors that pretend to feel with personal situations, but they offer you the minimum to arrange personal things (even overtime is most of the time not possible to be used) and behind your back you find out that they speak bad about it. I did not trust my supervisors. - There is not enough experienced employees as environment changes too fast and company is not doing enough to keep the good experienced employees. As well it is not enough time invested to improve knowledge. - The latter leads to too high work load for the remaining employees and frustration and in the end leave of the company... I was not planning to leave Bluelink as I have quite good friends there, but after some time I was not able to cope with the load anymore. I feel the need to give this concrete feedback to the management in order to take actions (and I mean serious actions and no short time solutions) and I am hoping that my friends who were standing through this long enough might still profit from these actions. Cheers!

Not a good job

Pros

Home office (only if you reach certain productivity level) Location AC maybe, but that's it

Cons

The management team is incompetent and arrogant, leading to a poor working environment. Also the compensation offered is low for Prague and does not reflect the work required + team leaders are pushy and arrogant when it comes to productivity. If you want work/life balance - you will be very disappointed here. For the pièce de résistance during your interview ask them if there is any involvement in counseling provided to Russian legal entities in the company. This could reveal you important information about their operations and ethical standards.

Mess of a company

Pros

Czechia Prague City center AC

Cons

-Nightmarish Work Environment: Working here is extremely unpleasant. -Arrogant Management: Management is not just bad but also arrogant, as noted by many others here. -Corporate Ladder Climbing: Advancing requires significant brown-nosing. -Ineffective Operation Manager: The operation manager? A total joke. The whole unit is a chaotic mess. -Unqualified Team Leaders: Some team leaders lack basic qualifications, including English skills. -Unprofessional Behavior: One team leader is particularly unprofessional, rude, and unfair (why the heck is she even working here??) -Toxic Receptionist: The older receptionist is arrogant, unwelcoming, and visibly annoyed when asked for help. -Awful Mentor: One mentor is condescending, belittles others, and disrupts the work environment by screaming across the open space. Inconvenient Shifts: Shifts are often assigned in the most inconvenient ways. -Low Wages: The wage is considered laughable, especially for Prague. -High Turnover: Many employees leave within 6-12 months due to poor treatment. -Lack of Feedback Response: Management and I assume the whole Bluelink group does not care about feedback, as seen in their random responses to reviews on Glassdoor. -Advice: Take advantage of any benefits and options offered, as the company is looking to use employees.
