Pros

Managers at my store were all great. As well as all other colleagues. Opportunities for advancement available to those who want, and work, for them.

Cons

They tend to run on low staff. Can get stressful at times

Pros

Great and relaxed atmosphere at the head office. Fantastic people and management making sure the business stays ahead of competition. Loads of opportunities to master new skills, be it strictly job related or interpersonal. Also career progression possible for good performers. Performance reviews are regular and well structured and actually do take place as it is monitored and encouraged by HR. One of the top employers to work for in the UK..

Cons

IT systems in need of a serious update. Location (albeit the new offices are stunning and the facilities are great so it can be easily forgotten while you're inside that you're based in the ever so boring part of Eastleigh)
