Strategy& Senior Associate interview questions

The first round of interview was a video interview. The second round was two back to back cases. The cases were pretty easy - with a growth strategy in the first case and market sizing as the second case. However, the interviewer in the second case was super distracted. I had to repeat everything twice to them. It seemed as if they were taking the interview just for the sake of it. At one point, I was frustrated at having to repeat everything. Needless to say, I did not make it to the next round. However, noone from my cohort or competing business schools got selected for Strategy&. Not sure if they selected others.

It was two behavioural and case interviews for 1 hours each. People are not friendly, when asked for a coffee chat or interview feedback, that can be improved upon by the organization.
