The first round of interview was a video interview. The second round was two back to back cases. The cases were pretty easy - with a growth strategy in the first case and market sizing as the second case. However, the interviewer in the second case was super distracted. I had to repeat everything twice to them. It seemed as if they were taking the interview just for the sake of it. At one point, I was frustrated at having to repeat everything. Needless to say, I did not make it to the next round. However, noone from my cohort or competing business schools got selected for Strategy&. Not sure if they selected others.

Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
