Strategy& Senior Associate interview questions

2 round, 1st one made of 3 interviews with managers and 2nd one made of 2 interviews with directors. Pleasant interviews following typical consulting structure (I.e., background, motivation, business case and questions) Processes management on hr side was quite disappointing. After 1st round I received a positive feedback and I was told that in a couple of weeks they would have scheduled a 2nd round. After that, nothing happened for a month, I then tried to reach out but didn’t get any answer. After several months, they contacted me out of the blue for a second round. Did the interviews and never heard anything from them… Apparently part of the interview should have been conducted in English, in my case didn’t happen because they forgot
