2 round, 1st one made of 3 interviews with managers and 2nd one made of 2 interviews with directors.
Pleasant interviews following typical consulting structure (I.e., background, motivation, business case and questions)
Processes management on hr side was quite disappointing. After 1st round I received a positive feedback and I was told that in a couple of weeks they would have scheduled a 2nd round. After that, nothing happened for a month, I then tried to reach out but didn’t get any answer. After several months, they contacted me out of the blue for a second round. Did the interviews and never heard anything from them…
Apparently part of the interview should have been conducted in English, in my case didn’t happen because they forgot

Question 1
Case 1) Your client produces a product that can be used for one of two markets - how would you go about determining which one to enter? Followed by sizing the market.
Case 2) Your client is looking to acquire a company in XYZ market, how would you go about evaluating the market? Followed by sizing the market.
Both cases were pretty straightforward; I guess I was surprised that there was no follow-up questions or deeper dive into the case framework I had proposed. Cases took ~3-5 minutes plus ~5 minutes for the market sizing.
