At Yardi we are fortunate to have incredible employees, many of whom stay long term with the company as they advance in their careers, and we offer healthy salary increases as employees grow in their roles and gain subject matter knowledge. We strive to remain an employer of choice with competitive pay practices, comprehensive benefits, and generous profit sharing (which employees are fully vested in when they have been with the company for three years). Though we can understand the difficulties that come with natural attrition, we have added over 1,000 new employees during the past year and Yardi continues to be a great place to work. It sounds as though you enjoyed the extensive training you received in your role as well as the competitive wages and comprehensive benefits we offer in Romania. Our Call Centers provides round the clock support for clients, and we appreciate that the schedule can be challenging at times. Employee happiness and well-being are very important to us, and we offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation) and paid holidays throughout the year that we encourage employees to use for positive work- life balance. As a part of our benefit package, we offer an Employee Assistance Program to lend additional support with mental health challenges, as well as a large variety of other topics.
