      Pros

      Work from home. Great people. Cool products.

      Cons

      Many talented employees are going to competition or have been laid off. Don't come here looking for financial growth. Health Insurance premium is up 82% over last year. PTO was reduced by 36%. No merit or performance increases in over 5 years.

      They deserve each other

      Pros

      They have a great product set with better than industry functionality but they lack a critical mass necessary to make it a viable option in the market.

      Cons

      They company is run by the accountants and attorneys. They have lost over 95% of their market share in the past 15 years and there appears to be no recognition of that mismanagement. They continue to lay people off to make the numbers work and they don't pay earned commissions as outlined in their comp plans. Avoid this heart ach and move on.

      Pros

      It is a good environment to work and colleagues sometimes are helpful The workload is somewhat balanced and you may find yourself working in a nice project for a short period of time

      Cons

      Perks and benefits as well salary are low. The company doesn't have the means to spread a new mentality. Products and portfolio remain the same with changing version only and Circuit failed to compete collaboration platforms of other competitors. Atos acquisition seemed promising but hasn't yet fully completed as well as making meaningful changes to lower management levels. Software architecture is obsolete and cannot help the company to grow
