      The people make this company. They are the real asset full of experience. Good new technology.

      Cons

      The people are not recognised enough. No pay rises Too focused on selling the latest stuff to people who are happy with their legacy kit and don't need openscape circuit. no idea what they are selling at times. Headcount cut is not the answer to balancing the books. Too much workload put on employees after head count cuts. Moral at a low

      Worst company I have ever worked at in my career

      Pros

      None. There are still many good resources around, but unfortunately too old to want to turn around the company. Presales leadership is still looking good.

      Cons

      Apac leadership is inexperienced and hypocritical. Leaders make everyone aware of cost cutting measures, and they continously burn money at high rate with travels. Product management is stuck in 1990s. It's the German way or the high way.

      Pros

      Most of the work was done from home. Had plenty of time off whenever I needed to do anything.

      Cons

      -People scared for their jobs are reluctant to show the new guy how anything works. -Training provided by company rarely covered the actual job you were expected to do. -The ratio of managers to "workers" in any given meeting seemed to be 50/50.
