      Pros

      The company has invested a lots of money in the people in the beginning. They had a transition from Florida to Sofia, Bulgaria. The salaries are good.

      Cons

      The company management changed so far many times. After the transition they changed many people in Sofia and right now as far as I know they are not recruiting any more. The team is not so friendly. It is possible to have a problems with some people. The working time is not normal. You have to work many hours extra depending from your position and the area, which you are covering. I had a cases to do something in the midnight, because in the States is lunch time.

      Pros

      People are the key assets, although they are leaving in droves given the lack of management stability and tools to perform their jobs.

      Cons

      Perpetual change of management- every 3-6 months a new sales leader comes in and changes direction. Too much conflict between channel and direct sales teams. Poor tools for employees to do their jobs. Products don't meet US market requirements.
