Some good benefits and the comp pack was decent if the targets were inline. Company wanted to relaunch in order to prepare for a IPO....

Cons

Stale tech and a company dominated by a mature staff resistant to change. Revolving door from a management standpoint and private equity co was not helping provide direction. No real cloud play
