      Downsizing continues - legacy employees leaving; new employees hired

      Pros

      Compensation is industry standard; benefits have been reduced - no 401K matching; Lifetime PTO reasonable time off with years of service; must use days in the year. Heard that the number of total days in PTO offering was reduced company wide in 2015. Technology is new and exciting. New branding; new edge on the competitive UC marketspace

      Cons

      Very low market share in the U.S. You will have a hard time feeling the success. High turnover of sales and sales direction. Week channel distribution strategy.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, work-a-holich's paradise, and interesting products. Free coffee, toilet paper, AC, and all the unpaid overtime you want to work.

      Cons

      No retirement, 401k matching, reduced benefits and PTO. Sending jobs to eastern Europe. Gores is gutting the company.
