      Cannot find the way to transform the company and customers to the new world of Social, Mobile and Digital

      Pros

      Beyond a few good people it is hard to find many Pros for this company. They have offices in Athens, if that is good.

      Cons

      The new management team has not understood the challenges faced by the company, and the old middle management remains, continuing to run things far to slow. No benefits, poor salaries, no performance management and no career planning exists.

      Pros

      First point of contact to represent the company - loved the manager - enjoyed working with all the vendors.

      Cons

      There was none. Enjoyed everyday. Turn around was due to the fact that Unify was always downsizing. Eventually upon deciding to close the Thornhill location.

      Below average environment. Not so many career opportunities. Missing leadership at top management level.
