      Good pay (compared to other companies based on what I see on this site) Good Bonus ( usually 10%) Decent benefits Flexible hours Fairly laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      Large corporation with loads of Red Tape Poor equipment for developers, no where near cutting edge. Very limited advancement potential for technical people.

      Was a really great place to be for many years. Seems to be falling apart now.

      Pros

      This was a great place to work for many years. Most people treat each other with respect and integrity. Most managers were very good.

      Cons

      There have been so many layoffs, it is bad for the people that were let go, and also not good for the people left behind. The company always seems to be in financial trouble for years. They have let go of a lot of really good and talented people, including very successful tenured sales reps. Not sure how they will make it when economy improves.
