Best technical engineers, incompetent higher management.

Pros

Technically best engineers - compared to all the companies have worked for. Best telephony product

Cons

Too many kingdoms competing with each others - duplicating products/features. USA and Germany is run by old Voice people. So they only know how to build telephony products also no knowledge of Unified Communication. Also Sales knows only how to sell voice products - so product/company doomed to failure.

Great benefits, salary, etc. Technology offerings can be cutting edge - for the right product. The individuals below director/management level are some of the best and brightest.

Cons

Development efforts in stable product sets is lacking. Management pushes sales above all without concern for market demands, effectiveness or customer issues.
