Great vacation benefits grandfathered in from Siemens. Wonderful and loyal colleagues.

Cons

No matching 401K. Retirement plan eliminated. Rapidly downsizing and moving development overseas. Recently announced 50% total staff reduction of 3800 from 7700 over the next few quarters. Benefits eroding over time. No pay-rises in many many years, employees actively seeking alternative employment as prospects with Unify seem bleak in the US. Plenty of new development jobs opening up in Athens and Budapest though.
