      Pros

      This company has a long history of people working hard to drive customer satisfaction. From a product perspective the company actually has tremendous software applications.

      Cons

      Lack of brand recognition and market share in the US creates large challenge.

      Pros

      My co-workers and compensation were the best components of my experience at this job. I also established good customer relationships with several clients. A very nice alternative to the retail world. I gained valuable experience at Siemens/Unify.

      Cons

      Stodgy management and upper level Business Administration. My immediate supervisor was good, but I question some of the management above him. My goal was to build a career here and evolve throughout the organization. That didn't happen.

      Great work/ life balance and superb technology - flexible working practices. Great people...

      It is a company in transition - on a global level. This brings challenges - but it is necessary and although sometimes frustrating - will be better in the future.
